Career tools die the moment status changes. Dilly is engineered for the opposite.

Every other career product re-asks who you are at every transition: from school to first job, between jobs, into management, out of a company. Dilly carries the profile across every state, lets the AI learn from every screen, and only ever tells you what to do next based on what it actually knows about you.

A person has one career. It deserves one system, not a scrapbook of tools.

Comp benchmark, role-radar timeline, AI-disruption pulse for the field, raise brief, one-tap escape back to Seeker. Career management for the 90% of time you aren't applying.

Mode flips are user-initiated life events ("I got a job" / "I lost my job"). The profile, wins, and AI history all carry across.
